Hereward Avenue

The Hereward Avenue project was an extensive full property refurbishment that truly showcased our capability for complex conversions and premium finishes.

Over the course of eight months, we managed significant side, rear, and loft extensions, completely transforming the original structure both inside and out. These additions provided the client with substantially increased living space, modernised floorplans, and enhanced natural light throughout the home. Our team paid careful attention to every aspect of the build, from the technical requirements of structural alterations to the decorative details that elevate the final aesthetic. The seamless integration of new and old elements ensured character was maintained while bringing modern comforts into the heart of the property. The project stands as a testament to our collaborative approach; both the clients and architect were involved at every stage, resulting in a finish that exceeded expectations.
